The cookie is configured with HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and is marked Secure over HTTPS. It does not store your password.
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent because the requested service cannot be provided securely without them. We provide this information for transparency.
Analytics, advertising and embedded media
At the date of this policy, the website does not set analytics, advertising, social-media or preference cookies and does not use tracking pixels or embedded video players.
The website currently loads font files from Google Fonts. Our code audit did not identify this as setting a cookie, but the request may disclose technical information such as your IP address to Google. The Club will keep this under review and may host fonts locally to reduce external sharing.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary session cookie may prevent forms, member sign-in, administrator sign-in and other secure features from working correctly.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy before introducing any new cookie or similar technology. If we introduce non-essential cookies, they will remain disabled until the user has made a valid consent choice, with controls to accept or reject them.
